- Subjects at the stand include:
- Sharpening knives and care with porcelain and / or grindstone.
- Weighing with the prize-wining, simple 'Balance' kitchen scales, without electricity or electronic systems.
- Storing knives properly
- Everything revolving around product design as a sales factor

- Thomas Schiessl, German Barista Champion 2008, SCAE, creates coffee specialities. The coffee expert will be pleased to give professional tips when visitors watch him prepare his aromatic hot beverages.
